Description

Serve as a reservation specialist, receptionist and concierge. Also included, but not limited to: assisting the Front Desk team in answering phone calls and registrar emails, creating and adjusting reservations, taking payments, and servicing over-the-counter inquiries.

Summer Staff

Description

How does spending a summer at the beach serving the Lord sound to you? You'll be part of an enthusiastic team since we hire over 65 summer staff for positions in a variety of areas including children and youth program, food services, and housekeeping.

June through mid-September

End-of-Summer Staff

Description

Even if you can't serve with us for the entire summer, you can play an important role. You can help us end our summer ministry strong by serving with us in the final weeks. We have many ministry positions with our youth/kids program, food services, and housekeeping.

Early August through mid-September

Ecola Part Time

Description

This staff position is an ideal way to earn money for expenses or tuition while attending Ecola Bible College. Students who are accepted into this program are guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours of work each week with the minimum expected financial benefit to be between $1,000-$1,400 for the school year.

​

September through May

Earn a Scholarship

Our scholarship program is for summer staff to help with the cost of college tuition. Awards are based on financial need, job performance, and successful completion of the summer commitment. Each summer we award approximately $10,000 to $15,000 in scholarships with individual scholarships as high as $1,000.

​

Summer staff who will be attending Ecola Bible College are also eligible for the Al and Dorothy Roth Scholarship. The scholarship was established by Dorothy Roth in memory of her husband Al, a longtime supporter of CBCC and Ecola Bible College. One $1,000 and two $500 scholarships will be awarded each summer.

A ministry position at the conference center is an opportunity to experience a unique Christian work environment where prayer, fellowship, and spiritual growth are part of each working day.
