Executive Director Hiring

In view of current executive director Jeff Carlsen’s upcoming retirement at the end of 2018, the CBCC board of directors has initiated a search process for a new executive director. Jeff’s leadership has been outstanding over these many years and it is now the board’s responsibility to select a person with the experience, attributes, and commitment necessary to capably lead the organization in the future.

We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates who believe they have the necessary experience, credentials, and capabilities for this important role.

Compensation – the executive director’s compensation package includes monthly salary commensurate with an executive position in a large camp/conference center ministry, on-site housing or housing allowance, medical/dental insurance, 401 K retirement plan, and paid vacation/sick leave. Compensation package specifics including salary range will be communicated to qualified candidates.
